Our Story
Open Range Grill was founded in 2011 by Jennie and Colby Coggins, built from the ground up by Colby and then-partner Chris Clealand. What started as a simple idea turned into a hands-on project, constructing the building themselves with the goal of creating a welcoming space for the community to enjoy quality food.
From day one, it’s been a family effort. Every member of the Coggins family has contributed in one way or another. Whether cooking in the kitchen, greeting customers, or helping behind the scenes. We've also been lucky to have an incredible team of staff members who’ve helped shape the friendly, hard working culture that defines who we are today.
We’re proud to serve all-natural Nebraska beef and source fresh, high-quality ingredients for every dish we make. Our focus has always been on real food, made right, and to support the community that supports us..
